The target of the expediting visits is to provide our Clients with the objective and real image of the Project that is to be realized, starting from the Documentation to the Manufacturing & Delivery Status of all the items/components of the supply.

Details of the following are included in the accurate reporting after the expediting:

• Documentation status (List of documents, indicating the status and the issuance dates
• List of Sub-Orders (list of sub-vendors, list and dates of the orders or expected issuance dates)
• Material availability (list of material in stock, missing items and expected dates of arrival)
• Production Plan
• Testing Plan
• Shipping dates
• Expected shipping volume and weights
• Expected delays, causes and corrective actions
